Chef and co-founder of AVA Team. He rose from intern to one of the country's most acclaimed chefs — working in Moscow's leading restaurants and training at the Michelin-starred The Square in London. In 2021, together with Artem Losev and Anton Pinsky, he opened the first AVA restaurant, followed by Patriki, AVA Bistro and Loona.
